I am soaking up all that I can about social media. It has truly changed the communications profession. I'm glad to hear Amy say that nobody knows it all. My job search has been a bit challenging in that employers are looking for people with 3 years of social media experience. I've been exposed to it professionally for just the past year but have been using social media in personal life for sometime. I've attended seminars about it, am constantly reading whatever I can find on the subject, but what I really need is an opportunity to work with it on a daily basis.
